Press Break Forming

Whether you need a single piece, prototype or a large production run, our 225 and 280 ton press brakes with computer digital controls enable us to do press brake forming on metal up to 12′ long and from 22 gauge to ¼” thickness, including:

• Aluminum
• Stainless Steel up to 1/8″
• Carbon & Galvanized Steel

With a wide variety of dyes for our press brakes, we can form simple column covers, multiple bend pieces or even rounded column cover pairs.

With 3/16″ Carbon Steel and 1/8″ Galvanized Steel we can form reinforcement sets for complex window wall construction.

Using our notching machines, we can then form trays from Stainless Steel or Aluminum using our segmented dies.
